James still leads the pack in France

James Avery and Vitali have held on to their lead after the cross-country at the World Breeding Eventing Championship for Young Horses at Mondial du Lion, adding just 1.6 time faults. They are narrowly ahead of Mary King on King Robert in the 7YO section.

Andrew Nicholson has moved up to 10th on Yacabo BK after a clear round.

Jesse Campbell and I Spye remain eighth in the 6YO class, thanks to a good clear round within the time.

Andrew and As Is also produced the goods, and are 11th heading into the show jumping.

We understand that Dan Jocelyn had a fall in the warm-up and had to withdraw from riding his two horses, Fjury and Lissyegan Rory.  Hope you feel okay now, Dan.
