There’s been plenty of action in the show hunter arena over the show and today (Friday) will be see the conclusion of the section with the show hunter of the year titles handed out.
The various judges have had big fields to chose from. Judges are Robyn Woods, Sue Whiddett, Dorothy Scott, Charelle Marshall, Jane Dickson, and Joan Couper, so plenty of experience in that group of women!
Canterbury’s Kate Cavanagh and her handsome horse Vibrance had a good win in the AHD Ltd Open Hunter Championship 1.10m max, just nudging out last year’s Show Hunter Horse of the Year, Hillman Hunter ridden by Abby Robinson.
Untouchable with Luke Dee on board won the Open Hunter 1.15m.
