
The Land Rover Wellington Eventing Showcase is held in the unique setting of Wellington, Florida (Palm Beach County) and attracts many of the world’s top eventers who will battle it out across two days for the $100,000 on offer. Included in the line-up is top U.S. rider Boyd Martin, who returns as defending champion for the second year running, having won this competition in both 2015 and 2016.


Competition for the Land Rover Wellington Eventing Showcase will begin with dressage on Friday, February 3. Stadium jumping and cross-country phases of competition will run on Saturday, February 4, with cross-country taking to the field in reverse order of standing.
The cross-country track has been designed by Captain Mark Phillips (GBR) and the show jumping course by 2010 FEI World Equestrian Games designer Richard Jeffery (GBR).
Along with the Land Rover Wellington Eventing Showcase, world-class show jumping will also be on offer with highlights including a CSI 4*. New Zealander Sharn Wordley is expected to compete, along with other elite riders. There are also polo matches scheduled.
