Tim Price continued his terrific Tattersalls form today, winning the CCI2* with Kincooley Cruising on his dressage score of 38.3 and finishing fourth with Pats Jester on 42.6.  Vittoria Panizzon (Italy) was second on One Night Love and Arthur Duffort (France) was third on Cemie. Sir Mark Todd finished 11th on McClaren (48.2).

Tim, who also won the one-star yesterday on Falco, wasn’t far off the pace with Ascona M in the CICO3*, finishing third after adding just 3.2 time penalties across the country. The class was won by Frenchman Luc Chateau on Propriano de l’Ebat from Oliver Townend on MHS King Joules. Blyth Tait was 14th on Leo Distinction and 18th on Darius.

The CCI3* was an all-the-way win for Vittoria Panizzon and Chequers Play The Game who added just one show jumping time fault to their dressage score. Chequers Play The Game is by Stravinsky – an Irish thoroughbred stallion who served some seasons in New Zealand – and was produced by Jock Paget in 2012-2013. Vittoria has competed on the horse since 2015. Piggy French was second in the class on Quarryquest Echo and Willa Newton third on Caja 20.

James Avery finished 20th in the CCI2*U25 on Optimus Prime after 12 show jumping faults, and was 30th on Zazu. He was fourth in the 6&7YO class on Vitali.
