While the Central Districts event was cancelled because of appalling weather, the sandy soils at the Waikato Equestrian Centre meant that the Te Rapa autumn trials could go ahead, despite heavy overnight rain.
Dannie Lodder had two wins, and her younger daughter Piper was second in the 65cm class – you can read all about the Lodder family in the cover story in our latest magazine! Dannie and Eye Spy won the CNC1* class, and she took out the CNC105 restricted on Overnight Success.
