Pleasures at HOY

Natalie Short wins her third title when Golden Conquest was awarded the Pleasure Horse of the Year for 2018.

Natalie Short, Golden Conquest, finishing second in an earlier class but went on to win the title class

There was a good crowd on hand to see the lovely horses and ponies in the Pleasure horse and pony section of the Land Rover Horse of the Year Show on the last day of the show.

For the third year in a row, the winner of the Pleasure Horse of the Year went to Golden Conquest and Natalie Short.

Jess Murphy, Mischief Maker, reserve champion Pleasure Horse

The reserve was Mischief Maker and Jess Murphy, with Rustic Knight II and Tracey Ferguson in third place. Fourth was Little Angel and Veronica Bennellick, 5th Daniel and Jeanette Williams and sixth was Paint The Town – Madison Benbow.

 

Champion Pleasure Pony of the Year went to Komets Victory and Jayde Starling. The reserve was Midnight Ganador and Bria Fitzgerald. 3rd was Tairawhiti Lad and Anya Peterson, 4th Mr Mika Choo and Isa Luxton-Symes, 5th, Pied Piper Montana and Kayla Anderson, 6th Spiceacool and Kate Lynn Gainsford.
